Sara came home from school saying that she wanted to walk El Paso. I, for one, thought that was a grand idea. The girls could always use some fresh air and I know that Paso would LOVE to take his first walk around our neighborhood.
The girls had a great time. Georgia Ann insisted that she needed to walk all alone but would often get distracted (even more so than El Paso, if you can imagine that!) at all the stuff "nature" had to offer. Anyway, I think we should do this more often and hope to continue our family walks until it gets too cold to go outside.

4th of July Celebration
After just a short break at home, we loaded up the car, one last time for our final vacation (at least for June). The girls and I took off to see Auntie with Granny and then Chad head up a few days later. Up in San Antonio, we had a grand time playing at the Children's Museum, celebrating Granny's birthday (and Georgia perfected her booty shake), going to Sea World for the first time and doing our traditional 4th of July fun at Landa Park. Georgia LOVED the fireworks and watched them with silent wonder and awe. Enjoy the photos!!

Vacation #2
I figured that I had better get this post up before I get too behind....
Two weeks ago, we loaded up the house again and headed off for our annual week-long vacation in Concan, Texas. We get a cabin a few miles from Garner State Park and just relax on the river for a nice family vacation. Pa-paw and Uncle KK were there with us and we also got a visit from Nana Jan, Grandpa and Auntie Alicia in the beginning of the week. And, the last half of the week, our good friends and their little girl joined us. The girls had a ball swimming on the river, fishing in the mornings, make smores and dancing late into the night. Enjoy the pictures!
